Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ue777 (hereinafter referred to as "ue777", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all access to and use of the ue777 website at https://ue777.im and all associated gaming, betting, and account services provided thereon.

ue777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the ue777 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are published exclusively in English. Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the ue777 platform, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not prohibited from accessing or using online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ue777 platform or had an account permanently closed by ue777 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by ue777, nor are you an immediate family member of a ue777 employee, in a capacity that would provide access to non-public information about the Platform's operations.
• You are opening the account in your own true legal name, using accurate personal information, and you will maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of the account.

ue777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of residential address. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in a ue777 verification request will result in the suspension of the relevant account pending resolution.

Where ue777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. During the suspension period, no withdrawals will be processed and no wagers will be accepted. If age verification confirms that the Player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where legally required, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ue777 services — including real-money wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — a Player must first register a personal account. Registration on ue777 is free of charge. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active account at any time. The operation of multiple simultaneous accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

During registration, the Player is required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This information is used for account security, payment processing, and identity verification under our KYC obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the ue777 support team immediately via the live chat function in your account dashboard. ue777 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, provided that the Platform has not been at fault.

ue777 reserves the right to close, suspend, or merge accounts where it determines that a Player is operating, or has previously operated, multiple accounts. In such cases, any bonus balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and only one account — determined at the sole discretion of ue777 — will be retained as the Player's single active account.

Players may request the closure of their ue777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the ue777 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT.

Deposits to a ue777 account are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ue777 does not charge any fee for standard deposits; however, Players should be aware that their mobile money provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC verification check prior to first processing. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed within the timeframes stated in the table above, subject to the withdrawal not triggering any additional fraud or security review. ue777 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to any withdrawal request it deems unusual in amount, frequency, or pattern.

ue777 reserves the right to temporarily delay the processing of any withdrawal request for the purposes of security review, fraud investigation, or identity verification. In such cases, the Player will be informed of the reason for the delay and the expected resolution timeframe. ue777 will not impose unreasonable delays on withdrawal processing where the Player has satisfactorily completed all required verification steps.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide to ue777 are accurate and current. ue777 is not liable for any funds lost due to a Player providing incorrect or outdated payment account details. If a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect details provided by the Player, ue777 will attempt to contact the Player to resolve the issue; however, any fees arising from the failed transaction may be deducted from the returned amount.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ue777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the bonus amount or percentage, the eligible games, the wagering requirement, the minimum qualifying deposit, and the expiry date — are published on the relevant promotional page and must be read in full before the Player opts in.

The following general bonus terms apply to all ue777 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within the Player's account and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement multiple (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable balance.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to the wagering requirement. Certain games — typically live casino table games, jackpot titles, and low-margin games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirement progress may be forfeited if a Player's account balance reaches zero before the requirement is met.

• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account automatically without replacement.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering an account and using the ue777 platform, the Player agrees to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ue777 platform:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or engaging in any form of identity theft.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume, or using automated scripts or bots to place wagers for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements.

• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the ue777 platform or in any game to generate winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable under normal operation. Any winnings obtained via software exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks — filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a deposit that was validly made and genuinely received by the Player's ue777 account balance.

ue777 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ue777 may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: temporarily freeze the relevant account, void any wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, forfeit any bonus or real-money balance associated with the prohibited conduct, permanently close the account, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

ue777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where it determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 18.
• The Player's account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• ue777 is required to close the account in compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory directive, or court order.
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the ue777 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ue777 will notify the Player via their registered email address and will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within a reasonable timeframe. During the suspension period, the Player will not be able to log in, place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account may be forfeited if the closure is directly attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct by the Player. In all other cases of account closure — including voluntary closure requested by the Player and closure resulting from the Player's self-exclusion — any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
